Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States of America.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
