Shawty a Lil Batty Balloon Garland

This garland is equivalent in size to our five-cluster grab-and-go garlands and features a large bat foil balloon as well as a coordinating round reversible balloons. One side has bats and the other says "Happy Halloween." It can be positioned any way you'd like and would be great for a Trunk or Treat, outside your home for Trick or Treating, at a school or office, on a fireplace, and SO MANY OTHER WAYS PLACES! We will include command hooks and straps for hanging.
